We all know that when we have a problem and wish to solve it, we hypotysize on several solutions. >From the hypotized solutions, we can find the advantages and disadvantages which would result in the best solutions of the problem by eliminating or adding to it. I myself, can't think of every solution that is available on hand. This is why I'm trying to get something from this list service that UNB offers. I'm encouraging every one to participate in this exchange knowledge that we may better understand what civil engineering is about.
