If you have a slab across continuous wall supports the slab is not a Two- way flat slab and this rule does not apply. The relevant minimum reinforcement rule for this is 18.9.2 for One Way slabs.

This is in regards to Two- way flat slab post-tension design;
How would you satisfy ACI 18.9.3.3 requirement to uniformly distributed tendons direction over wall support? Considering eqn 18-8, since we are talking of As value here, is there any explanation why theres no Fy factor present in this equation?
Thanks.
